💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings, working closely with educators and Cortica's clinical team. You'll implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs to help students succeed across their school day. Cortica's integrated care model blends neurology, therapies, and technology to deliver life-changing neurodevelopmental care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute BCAT-certified behavior support in one-on-one and group settings
• Implement individual BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEPs
• Collect data on student progress and complete timely documentation
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into routines

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days
• Obtain safety training certification within 30 days
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations
