You will lead revenue operations at a high-growth AI marketing platform, driving data-driven decision-making with sales leadership and the executive team. You'll own pipeline and funnel analysis, territory management, and compensation design, iterating quickly to unlock performance in a scaling GTM organization.
Requirements
- Experience in high-growth, high-velocity environments with 50+ AEs
- Sells enterprise software at multi-$100K or $1M+ price points through direct outbound and partnerships
- Thinks about revenue from first principles
- Bias toward iteration over perfection
- Clear, direct communicator trusted by sales leaders and executives

- Drive fast, data-driven decision-making with sales leadership and the executive team
- Own pipeline and funnel analysis with a bias toward action
- Lead territory management as a living system
- Design and implement compensation plans that shape behavior
- Connect dots across marketing, finance, pre-sales, post-sales, and the exec team
