You'll act as the bridge between commercial ambitions and the Salesforce ecosystem, designing efficient sales journeys and AI-powered features like predictive lead scoring. You'll define what needs to be built and why, overseeing the "how" with internal developers, and own the global Salesforce roadmap to drive adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze end-to-end sales cycle and design optimized workflows.
• Own global Salesforce roadmap and prioritize projects.
• Design AI proof-of-concepts for sales productivity.
• Define training strategy and drive Salesforce adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Deep understanding of B2B/Marketplace sales processes.
• Salesforce literacy with knowledge of capabilities and limits.
• Proven interest in generative AI and automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical expertise in Salesforce Flow or App Builder.
• Experience with AI tools like N8N, Make, Clay.
• French language fluency.
