💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-powered growth systems for a YC-backed data automation startup that serves companies like SoFi and Zillow. Your experiments will directly shape customer acquisition across paid, social, and email channels. You'll have autonomy to test unconventional angles and report directly to the Growth Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered growth pipelines for account targeting and campaign execution
• Design and run growth experiments across paid, social, email, and SEO
• Amplify thought leadership through organic reach, sponsorships, and partnerships
• Execute conference logistics including registrations and booth coordination

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in growth, marketing, or related function
• Proven success in one growth channel (SEO, social, paid, email, or community)
• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code or n8n in daily workflows
• Ability to form hypotheses, build minimum tests, and iterate quickly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a startup or early-stage company
• Familiarity with data/analytics ecosystem (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Snowflake)
• Side project, newsletter, or content that gained real traction
