💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on personal care to seniors at WelbeHealth's day center, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your work directly helps vulnerable seniors stay in their homes and communities through comprehensive medical care and community-based services. This role offers collaboration across departments and a lively day center environment unlike traditional facilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist participants with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
• Act as a medical escort, assisting with transportation vehicles.
• Oversee day center floor for participant safety and assist with meals.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in California preferred.
• One year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
• Experience in a day center or interdisciplinary team setting.
