You'll lead development programs for autonomous vehicle systems, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams on vehicle platform integration, sensor systems, and autonomous driving software. You'll manage system integration across hardware and software to ensure successful program execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead program planning, coordination, and execution for autonomous vehicle development programs
• Manage system integration across vehicle platforms, sensors, software, and ECUs
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, milestones, and key deliverables
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and functional engineering teams for integration readiness

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in automotive development (autonomous driving, ADAS, E/E architecture, or vehicle platforms)
• Strong technical understanding of complex vehicle systems and software-hardware integration
• Proven experience in program management within engineering organizations
