You will lead sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to support SpaceX's Starship program, playing a key role in reducing costs and ensuring supply chain agility.

Requirements

• Advanced degree + 4 years or bachelor's + 6 years or 10+ years in supply chain, engineering, or procurement
• Experience in purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet cost savings targets
• Develop strategic sourcing models with internal stakeholders
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects
• Manage supplier performance via SLAs and KPIs
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
