💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the partner ecosystem at Material Security, focusing on MSPs, channel/reseller relationships, and ISV partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to build the foundation of our partner motion and drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale MSP partner program including recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage and grow existing channel/reseller/VAR relationships.
• Oversee existing ISV partnerships and ensure joint success.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel, or business development roles.
• Security industry experience preferred.
• Exposure to MSP ecosystem strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
