💼 About This Role

You'll be a founding member of the Infrastructure & Security team, building platform reliability and security posture for a fintech startup disrupting the retirement industry. You'll own SOC 2 Type II compliance and design observability systems that enable confident scaling. This role offers equity and the chance to work with a top-tier founding team in SoHo, NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SOC 2 Type II compliance and security controls.
• Design and implement observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure including networking and IAM.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Proven track record with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Experience with secrets management and encryption.
• Familiarity with penetration testing and incident response.
• Experience in fintech or early-stage companies.
