  • Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
  • Define and execute account strategies for client retention and expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in payments or fintech
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing international teams
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies and financial services regulations
