You'll play a central role in a high-impact function, collaborating across departments to optimize client success while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

- Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
- Define and execute account strategies for client retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in payments or fintech
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing international teams
- Strong understanding of payment technologies and financial services regulations
