You'll provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end users of EliseAI's platform, troubleshooting issues for renters and patients during critical life moments. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex problems and improve the user experience. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI in a rapidly scaling startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via Zendesk
  • Investigate and fix complex technical issues
  • Maintain internal knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Run Quality Assurance checks on Support AI Chatbot

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a Customer Support Analyst or Product Solutions role
  • College degree
  • Experience with support software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Linear)
  • Data analysis skills using SQL, Hex, Datadog, or Tableau

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Computer Science degree or bootcamp certificate
  • Experience with low code/no code tools like Retool
  • Familiarity with Postman or API testing tools
