Description

You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. This role coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and resolves issues to maintain productivity and deadlines. You will also mentor employees, enforce safety policies, and assist in training new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees
• Coordinate production workflow and move resources as needed
• Perform daily quality checks
• Enforce company guidelines, standards, and policies including safety and quality
• Train department employees to safely and accurately perform tasks
