Requirements

  • 7+ years in audience strategy, data analytics, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and activation across programmatic and social media
  • Experience with DMPs, CDPs, and marketing technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven performance focus
