💼 About This Role

You'll lead Rubrik's India-based AI engineering team, owning platform development and global support operations. Your core impact will be driving AI platform components and MCP connector builds that enable enterprise-wide adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the India AI engineering team
• Own platform engineering workstreams including control plane features
• Lead MCP connector and integration development
• Manage global rollout and administration of AI tools

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years managing teams of 5+
• Strong backend/platform engineering background with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems in production including LLM integrations
• Proficient in Python and/or Go with ability to contribute technically

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or managing MCP servers or AI agent ecosystems
• Familiarity with modern AI development tooling like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
