You will support the Culinary or Marketplace Manager in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, ordering, and scheduling staff. You'll ensure an organized, safe, and food-safe environment while leading the team to execute operational SOPs efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High proficiency in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Operate pallet jack to move product pallets
  • Manage receiving, inventory counting, ordering, and returns
  • Schedule staff
  • Ensure organization of dry storage, walk-ins, and freezers
  • Enforce food safety standards and FIFO methods
