You'll leverage data to inform and support Logistics strategy at HelloFresh, facilitating business reviews and building key performance indicators. Your core impact will be analyzing network and carrier performance to drive quality improvements and enhance the customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for logistics KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on service failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support operations team with ad-hoc data requests and holiday planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering analytical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, SQL, Knime, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of supply chain visibility and data normalization.
• Familiarity with transportation modes (FTL, LTL, last mile).
