💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting evaluations for a sustainable infrastructure investor, ensuring compliance with complex GAAP standards. Your work directly supports quarterly close activities and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. This role offers the chance to shape accounting policy for $16 billion in managed assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with departments to assess accounting treatment of transactions
• Draft and review accounting memos for investment conclusions
• Prepare equity investment income/loss allocations using HLBV method
• Research accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant accounting and industry experience
• CPA certification
• Public accounting experience with SOX and SEC filing deadlines
• Experience with US GAAP codifications (ASC 810, 323, 310, etc.)
