💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Distributor Risk Team at Zopa, owning onboarding and oversight frameworks for Auto, Payments, and Retail Finance partners. You'll build proportionate risk frameworks that protect Zopa's risk appetite while improving onboarding speed and partner lifecycle monitoring. This role offers the chance to drive automation and tooling with Product and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate onboarding risk frameworks for distribution partners
• Define risk appetite guardrails and minimum control standards
• Embed data-driven risk management with KRIs and MI
• Drive automation and tooling with Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience designing risk-based onboarding and oversight frameworks for third parties or distributors
• Strong capability in risk MI, defining KRIs/KCIs/KPIs and thresholds
• Proven track record of partnering with Product/Engineering to implement automation and system controls
• People leadership experience: coaching, prioritisation, performance management
