You'll lead marketplace strategy at the intersection of supply economics and operational strategy for a national leader in service of process. You'll define dispatch logic, pricing, and incentive systems to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives
• Own job routing and allocation logic optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance
• Establish and evolve pay and pricing models for competitiveness and sustainability
• Design and manage incentive programs driving speed, accuracy, and consistency

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading strategy in marketplaces, gig economy, or logistics
• Understanding of supply/demand dynamics, pricing, dispatch, and incentive design
• Fluency in unit economics and financial modeling
• Experience designing and running experiments with measurable outcomes
