💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale end-to-end technical program execution across hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing, driving program management strategy and cross-functional delivery at scale. You'll build and lead a team of TPMs while partnering with engineering and product leadership to ensure flawless execution. This role is critical to transitioning from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive program management strategy across engineering, product, and operations.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Own delivery of complex multi-team programs from inception through production.
• Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and cross-functional program reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in hardware engineering and program management within semiconductor or AI hardware environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional engineering programs at scale.
• Experience building and leading TPM teams in high-growth technology companies.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes across hardware, software, and embedded systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in AI-driven product environments or optical computing.
• Background in manufacturing transition from R&D to mass production.
