💼 About This Role

You'll drive improvements to our internal calibration program at our new production facility Arsenal-1 in Ashville, OH, partnering across product development, production, and field operations to bring core elements of success for a calibration program. You'll analyze and optimize calibration activities, develop in-house calibration roadmaps, and improve infrastructure for equipment tracking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve core calibration activities for calibrated devices.
• Define project milestones and develop execution plans for QMS enhancements.
• Develop and implement In-House Calibration Roadmap.
• Manage calibration database and ensure equipment tracking updates.
• Improve equipment rotation processes to minimize production disruption.

📋 Requirements

• Associates degree in Science/Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience managing calibration at a large organization and production environment.
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party calibration vendors.
• Experience with automated calibration tools and software.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and AS6500 standards.
