You will lead commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and teams to deliver high-quality results for corporate clients. Your role involves developing project plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years direct PM experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record managing small to large-scale client-facing headquarters projects.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Domestic travel required up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of corporate office TI projects including new builds, remodels, upfits, decommissions, moves, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocation.
• Oversee execution of all project phases to ensure adherence to schedules and financial constraints.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams; provide regular progress updates.
