💼 About This Role

You'll expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals at our Baltimore Tooling Solutions facility. Your core impact is generating revenue through contract signings and rental deals while driving market share. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with total compensation up to $600,000.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sign contracts and acquire MSAs to generate revenue
• Rent equipment to non-contract facilities
• Build relationships with contractors and construction principals
• Respond to inbound leads and customer requests

📋 Requirements

• Five years experience in industrial facilities
• Industrial contract knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
