💼 About This Role

You'll support management of commercial real estate properties in special servicing at KKR's K-Star platform. You'll provide pre-acquisition due diligence and analyze leasing for property disposition strategies. This role offers exposure to diverse asset types and direct collaboration across KKR's investment teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform pre-foreclosure due diligence and entity setup
• Review property operating budgets and capital expenditures
• Analyze leases and present recommendations
• Assist in property disposition and broker coordination

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
• Two or more years of commercial real estate experience
• Knowledge of servicing agreements and compliance
