Your work will set the foundation and best practices for the entire data engineering org, enabling faster product experimentation and scalable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build resilient batch and real-time data pipelines
• Design pipelines for data migration to new models and databases
• Implement proactive monitoring and quality-first engineering practices
• Optimize data models for fast, efficient decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• Proficient in Java, Scala, or Python with deep SQL expertise
• Proven track record designing robust distributed data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Flink, Kafka)
• Experience building and optimizing real-time and batch data pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing data architectures for experimentation
• Opinionated on engineering best practices
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers)
