• Lead and develop the inventory control team
• Build and improve inventory processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee daily receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution
• Analyze data to forecast needs and optimize inventory levels

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Builder mindset to design new processes and drive change
• Proficiency in inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred) and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
