You'll design large-scale ML models for Coupang's ad platform, improving targeting and relevance. Your work will directly impact 150M daily ad impressions and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You'll also mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design features and build large-scale ML models for ad targeting
• Implement ML systems for search ranking and semantic retrieval
• Optimize ML pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and Kubeflow
• Define and track key performance metrics for model impact

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• 4 years of professional experience in applied machine learning
• Python or Java proficiency with production ML systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s or PhD in relevant technical fields
• Experience with LLMs and vector search
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
