💼 About This Role

You'll build evaluation frameworks and simulation-backed validation systems for agentic AI in space operations. Your work will directly enable reliable autonomous mission planning for critical space missions. You'll collaborate with AI researchers and domain experts at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extend and maintain V&V SDK and evaluation framework for agentic AI systems
• Design agent-level and end-to-end evaluations with benchmark scenarios and scoring logic
• Build reusable SDK interfaces and evaluation utilities connecting V&V systems and agent workflows
• Define and apply metrics for capability evaluation, failure analysis, and regression detection

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI
• Strong Python engineering skills with SDK or evaluation tooling experience
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks or test harnesses for AI/ML systems
• U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI systems including multi-step or autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph
• Knowledge of astrodynamics or spacecraft mission planning
