You'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA H2R capabilities for a federal client. You'll drive adoption of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile to enhance workforce analytics. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven HR automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, testing, and deployment of SAP H2R functionalities.
• Align SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Universal Journal for payroll postings.
• Manage transition from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors Cloud.
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile for self-service.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of implementation experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors or H2R.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in SAP environments.
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance.

• Experience with AI-driven recruitment and automated onboarding.
• Proficiency in SAP CPI, PCC, and Workforce Analytics.
