You'll provide outpatient behavioral healthcare in a hybrid work system at the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country. Your work will directly improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
• Maintain flexible work schedule in hybrid system
• Attend to patient needs 2 days in office and 2 evenings
• Participate in collegial work environment

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
• Credential as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
