You'll drive player growth for NFL Universe Football on Roblox, owning both on-platform asset optimization and off-platform social content. You'll run fast creative experiments — thumbnails, icons, and live ops — and double down on what works. This role is about shipping daily, not long-term strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Publish and test thumbnails and icons on Roblox
• Review performance dashboards and optimize assets
• Create content for Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok
• Support creator experiments and ad-hoc growth projects

📋 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Roblox as player or creator
• Experience creating or managing social media content
• Ability to take ideas from concept to execution
• Comfort with basic analytics and Google Sheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on or around Roblox games
• Exposure to SEO or performance-driven content testing
• Passion for American football and sports culture
