π― What You'll Do
- Lead Customer Project Managers for installation and commissioning execution
- Oversee service portfolio performance tracking KPIs and reporting
- Implement web-based service management platform for real-time visibility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate planning meetings
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- 5+ years experience in customer project management
- 3+ years in power systems, energy, or data center environments
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in technical project delivery
