You'll serve as the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, assisting with hardware and software issues. You'll collaborate with a global team to investigate and resolve problems, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work with a truly global team across multiple time zones.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide first-line support to hospitality customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using consistent techniques.
- Document and track interactions in customer support platforms.
๐ Requirements
- Customer service experience and/or technical support.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional customer experience focus.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows platforms.
