You'll serve as a Workday Compensation specialist on Harvey's Corporate IT team, configuring and optimizing Compensation modules to support global growth. You'll own annual compensation review cycles end-to-end, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes. This role offers a chance to shape people systems at a fast-growing AI company transforming legal services.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans (base pay, bonuses, equity).
- Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end.
- Build custom Workday reports and dashboards for People Ops, Finance, etc.
- Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience with deep Compensation expertise.
- Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles in Workday.
- Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing (advanced reports, calculated fields).
- Experience with Workday security configuration (domain/business process security).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS).
- Knowledge of Advanced Compensation module.
- Familiarity with market data providers like Pave or Radford.
