You'll serve as a Workday Compensation specialist on Harvey's Corporate IT team, configuring and optimizing Compensation modules to support global growth. You'll own annual compensation review cycles end-to-end, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes. This role offers a chance to shape people systems at a fast-growing AI company transforming legal services.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans (base pay, bonuses, equity).
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end.
  • Build custom Workday reports and dashboards for People Ops, Finance, etc.
  • Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience with deep Compensation expertise.
  • Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles in Workday.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing (advanced reports, calculated fields).
  • Experience with Workday security configuration (domain/business process security).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS).
  • Knowledge of Advanced Compensation module.
  • Familiarity with market data providers like Pave or Radford.
