💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement foundational blocks for Okta's Android platform SDKs and mobile products like Okta Verify and Fastpass. Your work will directly impact security and identity access for millions of users. This role offers the chance to solve complex authentication challenges at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of Okta mobile products
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Write unit, functional, and UI tests; review code
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and responsiveness

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional software development experience
• Strong grasp of design patterns and object-oriented principles
• Develop high-quality Android apps using Kotlin
• Experience with CI/CD in fast-paced teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of identity protocols (FIDO, OAuth, etc.)
• Android security experience (root detection, code signing, PKI)
• Experience with public-facing SDKs
