You'll join Spotify's VCS Platform team to build and scale the next generation developer experience for 3000+ engineers. You'll execute the VCS strategy, developing backend features in Java and collaborating with infrastructure teams. Leverage AI tools and ensure high-quality, testable code.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend features using Java.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on VCS platform improvements.
• Drive DevEx and improvements across current technical stacks.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code to improve workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Java for backend development.
• Kubernetes deployment and implementation.
• 3+ years experience building large-scale systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and testing best practices.
