Description

You will bridge product engineering and deployed operations for small aerial drones, executing flight operations, conducting field maintenance, and providing customer support in austere environments. You'll shape long-term sustainment, support demonstrations and trainings, and ensure high reliability of aerial systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical field operations or deployment execution
• Proven ability to master technical systems and support them in austere environments
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and obtain U.S. Secret or Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Support military operations by executing flight operations, field maintenance, and customer training
• Deploy products to austere locations and work alongside customers for extended periods
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in the field
• Develop operational and logistical plans for events
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
