You'll partner with Growth and Marketing to design and deploy machine learning solutions driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your models will directly shape Airwallex's global growth strategy. You'll apply predictive modeling and causal inference to optimize marketing spend and onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop predictive models to identify high-value users.
• Apply ML/statistical models to measure causal impact of marketing.
• Build personalization solutions for onboarding and cross-selling.
• Develop churn models to drive retention strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience with advanced degree in quantitative field
• Experience communicating results to executives
• Expert in machine learning modeling for growth strategy
• Hands-on production ML deployment experience
