You'll design and build scalable data pipelines and a centralized data warehouse for a global fundraising platform used by top nonprofits. Your work will directly power millions in donations by ensuring reliable data delivery to analytics and data science teams. You'll have high autonomy as the first data engineer in this direction with opportunities to lead team expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve data platform architecture and storage systems
• Build reliable ETL/ELT processes and scalable data pipelines
• Maintain and further develop the Data Warehouse
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on system design

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• 5+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Kafka
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, Airflow, Amazon S3, Git, Docker
• Solid understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures

• Experience with Apache Parquet
• Experience with MLflow
• Experience with MongoDB
