🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Assist customers with account management and billing questions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for internet/phone/TV.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
