🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Own CI/CD, release automation, and environment management systems.
• Establish standards for tested releases, rollback procedures, and operational readiness.
• Integrate security controls (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) into delivery lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in software development.
• Strong operational ownership and bias towards action.
• Experience with release trains.
• Strong understanding of GitOps principles and declarative, automated promotion across environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting deployments in defense, government, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks (RMF) or FedRAMP.
• Background in software engineering.
