You'll operate at scale, leveraging automation, data, and proactive outreach to deliver meaningful outcomes.   • Manage a high-volume book of SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Drive engagement through scaled touchpoints and automation
  • Design scalable programs like email sequences and webinars
  • Identify at-risk accounts and reduce churn proactively

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business
  • Strong operational mindset and data comfort
  • Familiarity with Vitally, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience building or optimizing CS playbooks and automation workflows
  • Knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch)
