You'll operate at scale, leveraging automation, data, and proactive outreach to deliver meaningful outcomes. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume book of SMB and mid-market accounts
- Drive engagement through scaled touchpoints and automation
- Design scalable programs like email sequences and webinars
- Identify at-risk accounts and reduce churn proactively
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business
- Strong operational mindset and data comfort
- Familiarity with Vitally, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building or optimizing CS playbooks and automation workflows
- Knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch)
