You'll drive client adoption and retention of our Human Risk Management platform, a leading cybersecurity awareness solution. You'll build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-term customer relationships through solution-oriented consulting
• Lead business negotiations including contract renewals and upsells
• Conduct business reviews and manage security awareness campaigns
• Act as the voice of the customer to the product team

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Proven ability to identify and negotiate commercial details with clients
• Experience in a SaaS environment and comfort with evolving technology
