💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary legal partner to Strategy and Operations teams on complex infrastructure projects, owning the negotiation of agreements for Reflection's AI buildout. You'll operate with significant autonomy to build playbooks for a function that does not yet exist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiation of large-scale compute and cloud capacity agreements with hyperscalers and neoclouds.
• Own strategic hardware partnerships with chip, accelerator, server, and networking vendors.
• Drive end-to-end legal support for data center and AI factory buildouts.
• Structure and negotiate power arrangements including PPAs and utility agreements.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience with a track record leading complex infrastructure transactions.
• Demonstrated depth in at least two of: hardware partnerships, cloud capacity, power contracting, or data center leasing.

• Government, regulatory, or national-security background including export controls.
