Operations Enablement Manager (Disputes Management)

Description

In this role, you will define and execute strategies to enable scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences across Affirm's Operations organization. You will own cross-functional initiatives, drive operational readiness, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program management or product operations experience in large-scale or global operations
  • 3+ years in fintech or financial institution roles, including scaling operations and coaching
  • Subject matter expertise in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR)
  • Data-driven leader with experience in regulated environments
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear resources for human and AI agents

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs
  • Develop program roadmaps and execution plans, tracking KPIs, timelines, and risks
  • Establish stakeholder engagement and governance, delivering executive-ready communications
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of process and product changes, including change management and measurement
