💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic and hands-on People partner for GTM and business functions in a fully distributed environment. You'll shape organizational design, strengthen performance culture, and support critical people decisions that influence how teams grow and operate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary People Business Partner to GTM leadership teams.
• Coach managers on performance management and team effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee relations cases including investigations.
• Own core People processes like performance reviews and compensation cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 4+ years in a Business Partner role.
• Strong experience supporting GTM or revenue-driven teams in SaaS.
• Background in at least one engineering-led or deep tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters.
