Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an inspection center, oversee vehicle movement and repairs, and ensure production and quality goals are met. You'll coach, develop, and lead your team to maintain high standards and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Standing for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coach and develop team
• Review and approve mechanical/ physical defects
• Train associates on quality control standards
