🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and manage a data science team.
• Set up guidelines for code style, documentation, and best practices.
• Design and deploy machine learning solutions for bidding optimization.
• Own critical data science experiments and implementation details.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science
• 2+ years experience as a Lead (mentoring, hiring, career planning)
• Strong expertise in recommender systems and neural networks
• Proficiency in Python for Data Science

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3, MySQL
• Experience building MLOps tech stack (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Flink)
