💼 About This Role

You'll join the Partner Distribution team to build and scale call profiling products for mobile operators and OEMs, processing millions of real-time call signals. You'll take ownership of backend systems from definition through production, working with Scala, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS. This role offers autonomy in technical decisions within a small, collaborative team that ships iteratively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full development cycle for engineering solutions from specs to production monitoring.
• Take shared ownership of system stability, observability, and costs.
• Contribute to technical decisions on technologies and deployment safety.
• Participate in and lead incident response including post-mortems.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Experience working through ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience making pragmatic tradeoffs between shipping speed and code quality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Enthusiasm for agentic coding practices.
• Experience building services on Kubernetes in production.
• Familiarity with Scala or another JVM language.
