📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or related experience
• Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5k-20k+ employees)
• Exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools
